Robert Alvah Gallagher passed away on Monday November 5, 2018 at the age of 83. He was a native of Norfolk, VA.
He spent the majority of his life at his home in Alexandria, VA where he worked as a general contractor at A&R Contractors.
He was predeceased by his parents, Francis M. and Margaret B. Gallagher, and his brother, Thomas J. Gallagher. He is survived by his son, Robert Jr., his daughter-in-law Lisa, his two grandsons, Ryan and Evan, and long time partner, Annette Masiello.
There is no service or calling hours but a memorial service will occur in the spring 2019.
