On March 21, 2020, Harry E. Chan passed away with his family by his side. Born in Xiamen, China and raised in Hong Kong, he moved to the U.S. at 17 to attend college. He worked for years as a government contractor and built a beautiful life and family in the D.C. area. Harry will be remembered and deeply missed for his intelligence, work ethic, charming personality, sense of humor, inimitable dance moves, poker savvy, zest for life, and love and dedication to his family.

His memory will live on forever in the hearts of his wife, Susan Chan, daughters, Kimberly Chan and Nora Chan, son-in-law, Gabe Rosenberg, grandson, Carter Chan Rosenberg, sister, Lucy Chen, brothers, Peter Chan and Denis Chan, nieces and nephews, and many friends. Donations may be made in his honor to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Due to public health considerations, funeral services will be held at a later date at Fairhaven United Methodist Church in Darnestown, Maryland.

Guestbook

  1. Harry was one of my best friends. I will miss his spontaneity and general enthusiasm for social gatherings. I also appreciate his generosity as he and Susan kept my kids employed around their house doing odd jobs. My kids loved Harry and we are especially thankful of the time we spent with him in Vegas during our RV trip. Harry smiled more than many people I know – I will miss that smile.

  2. Some tips i have seen in terms of pc memory is that there are requirements such as SDRAM, DDR and so on, that must match the requirements of the motherboard. If the computer’s motherboard is reasonably current and there are no operating system issues, updating the memory literally usually takes under an hour. It’s one of several easiest personal computer upgrade procedures one can imagine. Thanks for sharing your ideas.

  3. Thanks for the suggestions about credit repair on your web-site. A few things i would tell people is usually to give up a mentality that they can buy at this point and pay later. As being a society most people tend to make this happen for many issues. This includes holidays, furniture, plus items we want. However, you need to separate your own wants from the needs. While you’re working to raise your credit ranking score make some sacrifices. For example you are able to shop online to save money or you can go to second hand outlets instead of expensive department stores for clothing.

  4. Spot on with this write-up, I honestly think this web site needs much more attention. I’ll probably be returning to see more, thanks for the advice!
